How do you know when you are in unhealthy relationships? Are you feeling angry, frustrated, judgmental, and drained? Then you are in some unhealthy relationships. Most of us are taught to put others first before ourselves. We are taught to give to others and sometimes at our own expensive. This is not healthy for us or the other person/s. 

What can we do to create healthy relationships? Set boundaries. 

Learn to say no, learn to stand up for yourself, learn to put yourself first and learn to be happy with doing this. lt is not always easy but once you start doing this you will feel so much better. Sometimes the unhealthy relationship will become healthier again. By setting boundaries you will feel freer and back to yourself again. 

Take some time to look at the people in your life and see who you feel you have a unhealthy relationship with.
